Augmentation en début de rang par montage des mailles
- Piquez l’aiguille droite de l’avant vers l’arrière dans la 1ère maille de l’aiguille gauche.
- Enroulez le fil autour de la pointe de l’aiguille droite dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre.
- Ramenez la pointe de l’aiguille droite vers vous, avec le fil enroulé autour, de manière à sortir l'aiguille du centre de la maille de l'aiguille gauche.
- Piquez la pointe de l’aiguille gauche de bas en haut dans la boucle de l’aiguille droite.
- Retirez l’aiguille droite de la maille pour la faire passer sur l’aiguille gauche. Vous avez augmenté d’une maille.
- Pour faire à nouveau une augmentation, piquez l’aiguille droite dans la nouvelle maille de l’avant vers l’arrière, puis procédez comme précédemment : Entourez le fil autour de la pointe de l’aiguille droite dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre, ramenez la pointe de l’aiguille droite vers vous, avec le fil enroulé autour, de manière à sortir l'aiguille du centre de la maille de l'aiguille gauche. Piquez la pointe de l’aiguille gauche de bas en haut dans la boucle de l’aiguille droite. Retirez l’aiguille droite de la maille pour la faire passer sur l’aiguille gauche. Vous avez à nouveau augmenté d’une maille.
- Continuez ainsi, en répétant les étapes 1 à 5, jusqu’à obtenir le nombre de mailles souhaité.
Increase at the beginning of the row
- Insert the tip of the right needle from left to right and front to back in the center of the first stitch of the left needle.
- Hold the yarn in the back with your right hand, and wrap it around the tip of the right needle, counterclockwise.
- Pull the tip of the right needle through the first stitch on the left needle, towards you, with the wrap yarn on it.
- Insert the tip of the left needle from bottom to top into the loop on the right needle.
- Carefully slip the right needle out of the loop to pass it onto the left needle. You’ve made one increase.
- To increase again, insert the tip of the right hand needle from left to right and front to back in the center of the new stitch of the left needle. Then proceed as before: wrap the yarn around the tip of the right needle, counterclockwise, pull the tip of the right needle through the stitch on the left needle, towards you, with the wrap yarn on it. Insert the tip of the left needle from bottom to top into the loop on the right needle. Carefully slip the right needle out of the loop to pass it onto the left needle. You’ve made another increase.
- Repeat steps 1 to 5 until you have the number of stitch wanted.
