Construction
The Cheetah hottie is knit in the round, bottom-up, with a two-color jacquard motif. You’ll start with a circular cast-on (Judy’s Magic Cast On or a similar method), then work the body in stockinette stitch, incorporating increases to round out the base. Once the body is complete, a provisional row creates the opening, which will later be finished with a bind-off and a small I-cord buttonhole. The top of the hottie is shaped with regular decreases and finished with a 1x1 ribbed collar for a snug fit. The final steps involve picking up the stitches from the opening and adding a stockinette flap.
